Thomas E. Hankins

Tom was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Oak Park High School in 1972, the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1974, and UMKC Law School in 1977. He clerked for the Hon. Elmo B. Hunter in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri from 1977-1979 and, since 1979, has been engaged in private practice in Gladstone, Missouri.

His practice includes personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, products liability, and Will, probate, and estate work.

Deborah Duchardt Conklin

Debbie was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from St. Teresa's Academy in 1977, from Rockhurst College in 1981, and from UMKC Law School in 1984. She has been engaged in the private practice of law in Gladstone, Missouri since 1985.

Her practice includes family law, dissolution of marriage, motions to modify, and child custody, paternity and adoption cases. She also serves as a mediator in family law cases, prepares Wills, and handles worker's compensation cases and traffic matters.

The Law Firm

Tom and Debbie have practiced together at 6812 N. Oak since 1985. Their office manager, Carole Cantrell, has been with Tom since 1981. Tom and Debbie have never advertised or engaged in any other promotional activity. Their clients consist of referrals from existing and former clients and of referrals from their fellow attorneys.
